Parts of the CityPoint building in Melbourne are heritage listed, and the history of the site on which the building is built goes back all the way to the early 1800s. The current building maintains the original frontage, and the lobby has been beautifully and spectacularly restored.
The current building started construction in late 1999 after the site was purchased from Australia Post. At the time, it was one of the biggest apartment developments in the city of Melbourne’s history.
With such a brilliant location in the centre of the Melbourne CBD, new residents are often delighted and surprised to see that the building boast a sunny outdoor BBQ area, not one but two tennis courts, and a heated indoor swimming pool, making it perfect for entertaining or just reading the paper outside on a Sunday.
Residents of CityPoint also enjoy a friendly concierge service with a wonderful team of people, helping all guests to feel welcome during their stay.
